Expect

How to prepare for your appointment and get the most out of your first treatment

I want you to be as prepared and as comfortable as possible. Follow the guide below.  Remember, you can always contact us if you have any questions.

Schedule

Schedule your appointment online. Not sure if Robb Wellness is right for you? Schedule a free 15 minute phone consultation.

Paperwork

The not so fun part.  Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email directing you to fill out your intake forms.  Please do so prior to your appointment.

Arrive

Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment time (at least 20 minutes if you did not fill out the paperwork ahead of time). Use the restroom if needed.

Intake/Treatment Plan

Tell me what you want to work on.  The more info the better! Treatment is tailored to your condition.  We will discuss what your treatment plan may look like including number of sessions, modalities we will use and prognosis. Feel free to ask questions!

Treatment

This will depend on what we’re treating. If you’re coming in for stress, you may just relax on the table with needles.  If you’re coming in for back pain you may be instructed to move a bit once needles are inserted. You’re  in control so if anything is uncomfortable, speak up.

Follow-Up

Schedule your follow-up appointments according to your treatment plan. Remember, it usually takes multiple to treatments to see results so don’t despair if you don’t immediately feel the effects.
